Does the person I'm calling know I'm using Tazi?

No. Tazi makes a normal HD voice call from your verified caller ID. The recipient sees your number and hears your voice — exactly like any other call.

How does Tazi already know the menu?

Tazi is crowdsourced. The first time any Tazi user calls a number with a phone tree, our system maps it — and from that moment on, every other Tazi user who calls that same number gets the menu instantly. You almost never have to be the "first." Most popular support lines are already mapped.

Do I have to do anything to contribute menus?

Nothing. Just call like you normally would. If you happen to reach a number nobody's mapped yet, Tazi quietly handles it in the background — no setup, no extra steps, no slower call. The next user to call that number sees the menu instantly because of you.

What happens if a company changes their menu?

Tazi detects when the spoken menu doesn't match the cached one and automatically re-learns it on the next call. You never have to refresh anything.

Is my call audio stored?

Audio is processed for IVR detection and then deleted. Only the menu structure is retained. You can review and delete any cached menu from the app.

Which countries does Tazi work in?

Tazi launches in the US and Canada. Additional regions are rolling out as we expand carrier coverage.
